    Hello Gafrae,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are charged $14.99 for Adobe Reader and you want to close the subscription, Is that correct?

As Jane Edwards correctly mentioned that Adobe Acrobat Reader is a freeware and you don't have to pay for this freeware software and Adobe does not charge anything for this.

I have also checked the records with your current Adobe ID(email) which you have used to sign-in on Adobe forums, and no order/subscription is registered with this Adobe ID(email).

If you want to check your plan details for which you are charged, you can check the same from Adobe.com, log in with your current Adobe ID and password and from Manage Account>Pland and Products, you will be able to see the details of any active subscription.

You can also refer to Manage your Creative Cloud membership

For any cancellation query/request, you may refer to the following Adobe article Manage your Creative Cloud membership

You may also contact the Adobe support for detailed information about your subscription and charges or for cancellation through Contact Customer Care

If you have any other Adobe ID(email) on which you feel you have purchased the subscription and are charged, please share the Adobe ID(email) via private message only, don't share any personal information on a public forum. How Do I Send Private Message

Let us know how it goes and share your findings.

    Regards,

    Anand Sri.

Adobe Acrobat Reader is free, and that is not what you are being charged for.

What did you purchase and who did you purchase it from?

Also, this is a public forum.
