    Hi there

I have checked your Adobe account and found that your subscription to AI Assistant for Acrobat has not been canceled.
This is something better handled by our billing team here - https://adobe.ly/4xlM1rS just click on the contact us button in the lower right corner to start.

    Hi @Serendipitous_handbad9

Hope you're doing well, and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.

This usually happens when the cancellation has gone through, but Adobe is still trying to process a pending charge associated with the subscription or free trial before everything fully closes out. The "payment could not be processed" message typically appears when there's an issue with the payment method (expired card, insufficient funds, or the bank blocking the charge), and that error can keep appearing even after you've cancelled.

    A few things to check:

First, log in to your account at https://adobe.ly/4zpgu9J  and check the Plans section to confirm the subscription is still marked as cancelled. If the cancellation went through correctly, you should see the end date there, along with any confirmation email Adobe sent you on August 9th.

Second, check if you have a pending failed payment attempt. Even after cancelling, if there was an outstanding charge from the free trial, more on this here: https://adobe.ly/3RZnsSd

Third, since you cancelled the same day you subscribed (August 9th), you should qualify for a full refund, this is better handled by our billing team, here https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html click on the contact us button to start the process.

Let us know if you are referring to something else.
