Cancelling a subscription

Hi, I downloaded Adobe Acrobat, I didn't have an option to cancel it during free license lasting. Now I can't cancel it because I need to change my card informations and pay for it, but I don't have money to pay for the license, I don't want to pay for that! Don't want to use it anymore. What should I do?

I hope you are doing well. As per the above description, I understand that you want to cancel the membership for Acrobat Pro DC.

 

I looked into your account details with the registered email address on the community and saw a plan for active Acrobat  Pro DC, but it is pending the next payment.

 

If you wish to discontinue, please follow the link to start a conversation with our support team, who will guide you through the process:

Contact Customer Care (adobe.com)

 

You must click on the bottom right chat icon to start the conversation.
