Cannot access file despite downloading Adobe

Hi. We would appreciate any help. We have followed instructions to download Adobe but are still unable to see relevant files. The system check is still saying we need to download. Adobe is downloaded.

any advice would be appreciated

Adobe is a company that makes a lot of software. Do you mean Acrobat Reader or something else?

 

You posted to Acrobat Reader Mobile (beta). Go to the App Store on you iPad or phone and do a search for Adobe Acrobat Reader. It will show up on the first screen with empty space.
