Cannot access tools

My version has been updated and I use it for onscreen marking. Now I cannot access my tools. These are the ones I need:

Try resetting your tools with Alt + F8 (or Option + F8 on a Mac)

Is that screenshot from your computer or someone else's? If it is not your, please show what yours looks like.

Please try repairing installation of Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Navigate to Help menu > Repair Installation and restart your system.

Check if this resolves the issue.

Could you please confirm the dot version of Adobe Acrobat Pro and os you are using.
