Cannot connect my onedrive account

So, i have my notes updated on one drive, as I want to access them using my android tab acrobat reader but can't do so as it won't connect with my education one deive account. It says 'Connection failed consult IT' I am able to connect it on my iphone and also laptop but not my android tab plz look into this.
