I cannot convert my jpg file to pdf and when I tried to do that they are asking to contact with you. What should I do now?

I hope we can help. What Adobe plan or app do you pay for? What message do you get? Are they really asking you to contact us (the forum) or are they asking you to contact Adobe Customer Service?
