Cannot Convert PDF to other file formats

Cannot Convert PDF to Word or Excel.  Yearly Subscription is paid up but will not allow me to convert PDF to Word or Excel keep getting error message.

    " an error occured while signing in" - but i am already signed in? i have tried to reset but get the same message. i am choosing files Save, Save As and then choosing from the drop down.

    What exact steps are you taking to convert the file?
