Cannot convert this document

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

I have tried to export the PDF to Word document and unfortunately the result is not good for me as well 🙂

I further checked the PDF properties and found that it is created using the non Adobe application 'PDF Creator', please try to create the PDF using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC application and then try exporting it to Word and check.
