Cannot Copy/Move the document

Hello.

Everytime I try to move a Document it says: "This Document is still in use."

(- freely translated, I'm German - )

PDF Reader is closed..

A Reboot did not help.

If it's Windows, make sure you are not viewing the preview in File Explorer.

and if I want to use the preview ?

On other Windows PCs it workes well..

Turn the preview back on when you have finished, if you like.

This problem has been around for many years, affecting some PCs. Nobody seems to know why.
