Cannot download PDF Reader

I used to be part of a group license. It was terminated. I now cannot even read a PDF and cannot download Reader. Please help

We’re so sorry to hear this, as per the description above, you are not able to read a PDF and not able to download Adobe Reader, Is that correct?

Please use Acrobat cleaner tool to remove any previous installed Acrobat or Adobe Reader from the machine Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

Reboot the machine and install the latest version of Adobe Reader from the Adobe URL Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
