Cannot edit any PDF, notification it is not included in the licence

Hello,

Our company bought a few "Adobe Acrobat Professional DC2015 12.0 MLP AOO License NL" and could successfully activate it on our client computers.

Though every time they try to edit a PDF they get a notification saying this option is not included in the licence.

It happens specifically with one licence key.

Can anyone contact me about this issue?

    Hi KindenGezin,

    As you have mentioned above, that its "Adobe Acrobat Professional DC2015 12.0 MLP AOO License NL" which was purchased and activated.

    So I assume that there might be a possibility that they have installed the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC free application and trying to use Edit functionality of that? Make sure that Acrobat DC is installed and activated on their computer.

    To avoid any confusion, they can uninstall the Acrobat Reader DC using the cleaner tool- Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

    Let us know if it still doesn't work.

    Hello,

    That it is Adobe Acrobat Reader DC that opens is not the case.

    When installing Adobe Acrobat Pro 12 (Acrobat_2015_Web_WWMUI.exe), when I enter a certain product key we own, the application registers and opens without any issues - Though when trying to edit PDF's I see the notification I mentioned above, that it is not possible to edit PDF's because it is not included in the licence.

    On the same computer, if I uninstall and reinstall the application using another key everything works as intended, without any 'not included in licence' notifications.

    I've had this on 3 computers of our end users so far.

    Thing is: We have a licence that activates Acrobat Pro 12 but does not allow any editing.
