Cannot email pdf anymore....help

Question

Starting 1/12/2023 when i clicked on the envelope to email a pdf i get "an error occured when sending email".  Now 4 people in our business are getting the message.  Please advise.

Please share the Acrobat and OS versions currently in use.

Share the MS Outlook version and Procmon logs using the process monitor tool: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/acromonitor.html.

It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording of the workflow with us.
