Cannot get Export PDF to work on new laptop using Acrobat Reader DC

Hi - I'm subscribed to Export PDF and used it on my old laptop with AR DC - have downloaded on new laptop logged into AR DC and keeps prompting for upgrade even though subscription is current and works on Cloud version...

How do I get it to work on this new computer?

    Hi Peterc,

    Also, check if you are using Export PDF in Adobe Reader application. You can check the same using the steps given in this link: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

    If its Adobe Acrobat, you can download Adobe Reader from this link: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
