Cannot hide "All tools" side menu by default

The All tools menu on the left side appear by default when I open any PDF files. It uses up 1/3 of space and I have to manuall close it every time. It's very frustrating and annoying. Is there any way to disable it from appearing by default?

    Found a way to workaround this issue by reverting back to the old version.

    Click View -> Disable new Acrobat Reader. After restart, you will be on the old version which doesn't have All tools sidebard on the left.
