We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to install Adobe Reader, Is that correct?

Please reboot the machine once, download the setup of Adobe Reader from the URL Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

Try installing Adobe Reader.

If you experience any issue, please reboot the machine once again, use Acrobat cleaner tool to remove any previously installed instance of Adobe Reader Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

Reboot the machine and try installing Reader again.

If the issue persists, please share the following details:

Is it a Mac or Windows machine?
