CANNOT INSTALL ACROBAT READER DC

Dear All,

I have been trying to open acrobat reader dc but it constantly opens new windows asking me to sign in -although I have signed in - and after several attempts it notifies me that installation has failed due to the fact that there is a firewall on .

Can you help me please ?
