I cannot install Acrobat Reader DC in a Windows 8.1k
I've tried the following method, but I can't install them all
1.After downloading Installation file, run install.
2.Reliable Internet Environment
3.Direct download of Install program
4.Running the installation from multiple versions of a browser
->Internet Explorer, firefox,chrome..
5.Internet Explorer -> Internet option ->Active x setting
I need you to help me install it.

We're sorry for the trouble you had while installing Adobe Reader DC on your Windows 8 machine. Please reboot the machine once, then from Control panel, check for any pending updates of the Windows (mandatory + optional), install all the updates.
Reboot the machine again.
Then use Acrobat cleaner tool to remove any conflicting or corrupt installation file of Adobe Reader Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs
Reboot the machine again and download Adobe Reader from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
Locate the setup file, right click on it and choose 'Run as Administrator'.
