Cannot install Adobe Reader DC

Buenas tardes.

Tenia instalado Adobe Reader DC, pero lo desinstalé desde panel de control.

Ahora no puedo volver a instalarlo. Lo intento desde la web de Adobe, pero el sistema me dice que existe una versión actualizada pero no es así, ya que todos los pdf que tengo en mi PC los abre o bien Internet Explorer o Chrome.

¿Que puedo hacer?

Además, aprovecho para preguntar, pues desinstalé Adobe, pensando en volver a instalarlo pues tenia el problema de que la barra de estado/herramientas me aparecía en Ingles y no podía cambiarlo a castellano.

Mi SO es Windows 7 Profesional.

    It seems that the Adobe Reader did not uninstall completely from te system.

    Try Adobe Cleaner tool to remove the application from your system and then restart your system.

    After restarting, try to re-install application from this link: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

    If you still experience the issue, please try to install the application from a different user account with admin rights.
