I keep getting shutout with a " requested operation requires elevation still"

I can provide my username and password or whatever you need-- i was told by the support this seems like a technical issues

Please reply at your earliest convenience thank you

During install you will first need your system password, and later the Adobe password. Be sure you recognize the prompt for system password, it’s important for security.

    Hey there!

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused.

Looking at the discussion given Adobe, it seems you haven't been able to login into Adobe Reader desktop application only and same credentials are working for Adobe Sign and Document Cloud web.

From where did you download the Reader desktop application? Would you mind sharing the screenshot of the error message appears during login?

If you are able to access your service from Document Cloud web interface https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/ then you should be able to use the same credential for application as well.

Download the Reader DC through this link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/ , if you have any security software and active Firewall, then disable it for a while and then try.

Note: Changing the above security settings could pose security risks. We suggest you to turn it back On once you are done with testing.

    Let us know the status.

    Thanks,

    Akanchha
