cannot open a PDF file in reader DC

Every time when I open pdf files, it always shows "There was a RAISE without handler, the application now will Exit" Please help me. I have tried to reinstall the program and even reinstalled my computer. But neither of them works. What should I do? My computer is MacBook Pro.

  • Acrobat version
  • OS version 
  • Is it happening with all files ? Can you please share any sample file ?
  • Any third party plugin or Software installed on your system related to pdf's.

it is happening with all files, I don't know how to send you the file. I cannot find a button to attach my file
