cannot open file pdf

i have problem with adobe acrobat pro, some file pdf like an NNA news cannot open

I’m already install language package for Japanese but still cannot open file NNA news

anyone can help?

Do you see any error message when trying to open the file?

If yes, would you mind sharing a screenshot of the error for a better understanding and further assistance?

Also, sharing a sample PDF file for us to test the issue in-house?

not any error message, just disappear application adobe when open the file

Thanks for sharing the file.

I opened it on my end, and it worked fine.

Please run the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html, reboot the computer once, and install the application using the direct link https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/ and see if that works for you.
