Cannot open new documents in a new tab in the same window

When I try to open a second PDF from file nothing happens. I see the timer wheel for the mouse respond for a split second, but then nothing. I have to close the PDF viewer and then it will open from the file location. However if i save a file as a PDF, it will open in a new Tab  🤷‍

    We are sorry for the experience you had with the product. As described, you are facing issue while opening multiple PDF in new tab in same window, correct?

     

    Is this a behavior with a particular file or with any PDF file you try to open? Since you are on the latest version, please try to repair installation (For Windows Only) go to Help > Repair Installation and see if that helps.

     

    If it still doesn't work

    Thanks, the 'Repair Installation' has sorted the issue out.
