Cannot open old pdf files

Hi Vinod,

Please let me know if this email is reaching you wrt not being able to open

files.  Here is one example attached.

Here is what l see in my storage folder on one computer in One Drive and in

Dropbox.

Here is what shows on the preview screen when l click on that

• Here is what shows in Adobe Reader screen.*

However, when l clicked on the attachment below in this email, the file

then downloaded and opened.  I don't want to have to do that for every pdf

file so hoping you can sort out this glitch.

So then I went to another computer and found I could open that file on it

where it looked like this.

but could not open another group that looks like this in One Drive with the

appearance of the icon that started appearing after your change.

And looks like this in Dropbox

It's pretty much a mystery to me but very much a problem.
