For some reason, in the last 4-5 days I cannot any longer click on a PDF attached to an email or one on my hard drive.

Please help.

    Are these scans?

Go to Edit>Preferences>Page display>Page content and information and be sure that "Show large images" is checked.

They are both scans I’ve created and past emails received etc.

Ok. The instructions I gave above should fix that up for you.

    Thanks Graffiti,

Version:2015.023.20056 . I try to open a .PDF and all is just gray.  I can see in preview, but not as a PDF.

Or excuse me, I believe that "preferences" on a Mac are found under the Apple menu and not under "Edit"

Moved to Acrobat Reader as the Lounge is not for technical help. There seems to be an issue regarding this so hopefully someone here can solve or give help.

Can you give us more details such as, what version of Reader you have, what exactly you mean by "click" and what exactly happens?
