CANNOT PRINT EMAIL ATTACHMENTS

I open an attachment emailed to me.

I select a print range and then hit Print.

I then get a message saying "unable to print because no pages were selected". I try printing a single page. Same message.  I tried saving to my Mac and then printing the saved file. Same problem.

Printer driver is current and I have no problems printing anything else.
