Cannot print with Mac - Canon TR8560 - No pages selected

Seems there is an issue with reader printing with this printer/mac. Exactly the same issue discussed here: Mac: The document could not be printed. There were no pages selected to print.

Both my printer firmware and software install have been updated.

Printer is a Canon TR8560 and using a mac with latest version of readerDC.
