    Why does my e-pub keep getting changed to acsm and then my books don't download properly. Started happening on Oct 01, 2021.

    Some ebooks come as ACSM files. This is the format chosen by the publisher, and not a mistake or bug. You must use the right software to read such ebooks, not Acrobat Reader.  If this changed then either the publisher changed something or you've accidentally changed how ACSM files work on your system.

    So if I have accidently changed it, how do I fix it?
    I'm not the only person this has happened to in the last week.
