Cannot Save a File

I have made hundreds of changes to a pdf file using sticky notes and I cannot Save, Save as, Save as other, Create, Export, or EDF it as A PDF.

The version is Adobe PDF Library 15.0

1.6 Acrobat 7.x

When I try to save the document I get a message "The application was unable

to start correctly (Oxc0000022)

Click to close the application.
