Cannot save PDF form.

I have Adobe Acrobat Reader and I have to fill out blank pdf forms from time to time. I need to be able to save them, but I'm assuming because I only have reader that is why I can't save the forms. Is there a free version of acrobat that will allow me to save the form?

Reader DC can save filled-in forms. Make sure you upgrade to that version. If you did and it still doesn't work there's another factor at hand here. Possibly, the file itself is set as read-only.
