Cannot save work put into a fillable Document

I am stuck at an impasse with adobe reader, I cannot save my work on a fillable document. Below is a picture of the window that shows up when I hit save. I can print the document to Pdf but that is unhelpful because it is no longer a fillable document and I cannot even copy my work over. I would appreciate any help immediately as I am trying to fill out a very long document that needs to be finished but I cannot fill in all the information at once.

I appreciate any help.

The blank is literally it, it would not show up, I ended up giving in and copying all my work over to my laptop which luckily worked, I reinstalled the entire adobe reader and it works now too. I dont know what the problem was but I hope it doesnt happen to others.

Hi

Also, what version of Reader are you using? If it is Acrobat X or earlier, the creator has to enable the rights for you to save. In XI and DC, that is no longer necessary.

Your image has come up blank. I looked on two devices.

Go to Edit (or the application menu if you're on a Mac) - Preferences - General and disable "Show online storage when saving files" and "Show online storage when opening files".
