Cannot See Comments in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC

First things first I'm running Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Version 2021.007.20099

 

So I've got a User that's trying to look at the comments and when you go to expand, nothing. Just says highlighted comment. I've done the Repair Installation, no joy from that. Is there someone that's resolved this issue before?
