Cannot sign in with my Adobe ID

I cannot sign in Acrobat Reader DC with my Adobe ID. I get the error:

Access Denied

You no longer have access to this service. Please contact Adobe Customer Support if you believe this is an error.

Please follow this link.

Anyone knows how to fix this issue?

    Could you please try contacting Support here: Contact Customer Care , click Still need help, Contact us.

    Have you tried logging into your Adobe account by following the link you mentioned in your reply, do you see any error message there?
