Cannot sign into Adobe Acrobat mobile

Hi community

I am trying to sign in to Adobe Acrobat mobile but I am constantly given a "Please try again later" error. I have re-installed multiple times and this problem still persist. Oddly I can sign in normally to the other apps such as "Adobe Fill & Sign". I am using a Samsung S10 Plus. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I need to edit PDFs on the go from time to time.
