Cannot start the source application for this object - Embedded PDF in Excel 2021

Hi Guys, im having this issue of opening Embedded PDF in Excel 2021.

The error is Cannot start the source application for this object. This issue happens intermittent, i have to reopen Acrobat Reader few times then only i can open the embedded PDF inside excel.

Troubleshooting i've done.

Repair and reinstall Office application.

Reinstall Acrobat Reader.

May i know what else i can do to prevent this issue happens again?
