Cannot turn off "Show online storage when saving files"

Hello, read the posts concerning save as not working. Disabled the "Show online storage when saving files" feature. Still could not save a pdf file on my pc

I am using Adobe Reader DC version 20.013.20074.18474 on a windows 10 computer and Spanish Qwerty keyboard

What am I missing?

Why do things have to be so complicated for such a mundane task?
