Cannot View Specific Adobe PDF

Upon opening the a specific PDF (all others work and display information properly, the following message displays:

As well as a pop-up telling me that "A font package is required to correctly display this page." which links to the following URL. http://cgi1.adobe.com/special/acrobat/pluginfinder/pluginfinder.cgi?type=LangPkg&name=Extd&os=Win&vers=18.0&

However I am unable to access this URL from any browser (I have tried Chrome, Firefox, and IE).

My Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is version 18.011.20055 and I am using Windows 10 x64. Are there any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

We're sorry for the trouble you had while opening the PDF file. try downloading the PDF file and save it locally and open it with Adobe Reader DC. You can also refer and try the suggestion from the following article PDF won’t display. Please wait …

Have you tried with other PDF? If not, please try with other PDF and see if this issue is reproducible.

If you are opening the PDF file with Adobe Reader and getting the error message, repair Adobe Reader once from help>repair installation, reboot the machine after repairing Adobe Reader.

I am also not able to access the above-shared link. Is it possible to share the screenshot of the place where you get the message to install the font pack? To share the screenshot, refer to https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot
