i have acrobat reader installed on my desktop, phone, tablet and laptop and have hundreds of dollars in e-books that i cannot

access on the document cloud.

i cannot afford to purchase the monthly or annual plan which is what i get taken to when i try to access document cloud on my desk top , on my phone and tablet i just get a message that i should check my internet connection because it cant connect to document cloud.

What the hell am i supposed to do???  how do i get my books back?

some are from several years ago on a different email address that i no longer have.

Any help or thoughts on what i can do?

Vicki

    Hi,

Could you please try to access the service now?

If you are still facing the issue, please follow the below steps -

    1. Sign Out. (Click on User Name from top right to sign out)

    2. Quit Reader DC application and relaunch it.

    3. Now Sign In again.

    4. Try to access the Document Cloud.

Please share your observations with us.

    Thanks,

    Gagan

I was daily getting "No Internet Access" (which, of course, I did have!) messages on my Adobe Reader DC app on my Mac.   So I checked for updates and completed the process tonight.  NOW I HAVE NO DOCUMENT CLOUD!!!!  What's the deal???

Please answer and remedy this situation.
