Cant paste on a protected file

Hi everyone,

I will explain my situation.

in our work, we receive some documents (protected) that we can only fullfill some fields (marked)

some info are references that needs to be added without errors.

for me, there is no problem copying this info (via our system) and paste it on the marked fields on the protected document.

but i have 2 cases, of old workers here were i work, who can not paste the info on the pdf (and only can write it manullay) and as you can imagine, this could generate some writing errors. (and the correction cost money)

could you please help us? i tried myself on my colleague desk, and cant do it as i do on my desk

we both have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.
