Cant print pdf from Mac

Hi,

Just off the phone with Canon as I can't print a PDF from my Mac; Support desk and I went through my updates, everything's fine. They said to contact Adobe.

Trying to print tickets for an event. My printer works fine as will print the back end (ex: TicketPro headings will print), but not the seat info etc... FYI I have iOS El Capitan OS X Yosemite 10.10.5

    Hi Normfjr,

    I assume, you are experiencing this problem with specific file?

    Try to print another document and see if the same thing happens.

    For printing related issue you may refer to the Troubleshoot PDF printing in Acrobat and Reader

    Also, if you can share a sample document with us via private message.

    we would like to reproduce the same at our end to see whether its a problem with application or printer settings.

    Good evening,

    I referred to the link you provided me with, and it still doesn’t work. Btw, I made a mistake, I’m not with Yosemite, I’m with Sierra

    As for the rest, no change.

    What I wanted to print is attached (tickets to baseball game from 2 nights ago)
