Cant save a dokument

I´ve created a dokument and saved it in a folder on the network so that others can write in the document. One of my co-workers called me and had problems saving it. She got the message that the file can be a read-only-file or it could be used by another user and that she should save it by a different name (and I Think she had trouble doing that as well).

When I the pro-version I don´t have any problems, but when I use the "ordinary" version I dont get the same message as her, but I have to use save as and write over the old file.

She called me again and told me that if she right-clicked on the Adobe-Icon and selected "run as administator" she could choose "save as" and wright over the old file.

I would be greatful for some help. I just want me and my co-workers to be able to just "save" the dokument, not "run as administrator" or use "save as". What can I do? Is it some adjustment I have to do in the Pro-version?

Thanks! (and sorry for my poor language, I´m from sweden)
