Cant upload to cloud, button goes disabled

Ive never had a problem till yesterday. I hit the upload to cloud button and nothing happens, i hit it a few more times and it goes dead and blank like its suddenly disabled.

    Hi Nickt,

    Sorry for the delay in response.

    As the option to upload the PDF not working, try to repair the installation.

    Launch the application and go to Help > Check for updates.

    After that reboot the machine and then check if you can upload the files to Document Cloud or not.

    Make sure that the application is updated to the latest patch available.

    To check that, in application go to Help  > Check for updates.

    You can also refer this help link Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader to get information about updates.

    You can also upload the document online here https://cloud.acrobat.com/

    Once you open the link, sign in with your Adobe ID.

    Then go to Files > Document Cloud.

    There you can click on upload icon at the top right of the window and upload the files directly.
