Cant use Wacom ink pen in Adobe reader but works well in windows ink

Dear all,

my new Wacom Bamboo Ink Pen works well on the Windows Ink Program on my Lenovo Ideopad c340 but it doesnt work properly while using Adobe reader. I need it to comment on PDFs. Could anyone help me with this? Thank you already!
