    All was OK but I have not been able to get the program dowloaded

    Can you send me the site where I can download. It has been paid for

    I have checked the records with your current Adobe ID and found that you are subscribed to Acrobat Pro DC subscription. You can download and install the software from the Adobe URL Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC | Non-subscription

    Sign in with your current Adobe ID and password in Acrobat Pro DC to activate the license on your computer.
