Certificado electronico no funciona

Ya he obtenido certificado electronico y los primeros pasos de elegir documento y poner contraseña funcionan, sale el documento, pero en el momento que le doy a aceptar, sale y no aparece ningun mensaje pero no se llega a firmar.

Lo he intentado varias veces y no funciona.

    Thank you for reaching out.

     

    If you cannot add the signature, try once to repair the installation and check for updates.

    In Reader, go to Help > Repair Installation (Windows only) or Check for updates. 

    Also, try creating a new digital signature and check if that works.

     

    If the issue still occurs, share the Reader and OS version.

    It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording of what happened.
