Change print default to "One Side Only"

Hi,

I have a lot of pdf documents that I would need to send to printer on ONE SIDE of paper by default.

Is there any way that I can keep Printer on both sides of paper un-check(as default) when i start up the Adobe Acrobat.

    The first link shows you how to print double sided, not how to change the default to print single sided. Please provide instructions or a link to instructions to change the default from double sided printing to single sided, so every time i print it is already set up as single sided and i do not have to change it to single sided every time.
