Change update options

Now I have automatic updates.  I don't want this.  How do I change this?

    Hi Wildewood,

    Are you willing to disable automatic update of Adobe Reader? If yes, then this is something can't be done manually.

    By default, Adobe Reader is set to update automatically. Its a design behavior of the application, that can't be changed from application's preferences.
