Changes not shown on pdf file

Good day,

I have a pdf file that has been edited and sent back to another user.

That user cannot see the new editing at all unless she clicks directly in one of the boxes. After she clicks somewhere else the info disapear.  If I print the same document in PDF all the info is there.

Moreover, if the user open the same pdf on her iphone she can see all the changes.

I have put the latest version of Acrobat reader to no avail.

What could cause this weird issue?

Thanks

With editing you mean filling out form fields, rihght? With Acrobat Reader you can't edit PDFs only view them or fill out fields. If one user in your workflow uses Apple Preview, you'll face a known problem with that application, because "damages" the form fields and causes the values to be invisible until you enter the fields.

Hi Radzmar,

The user used Apple Preview indeed. You found the answer.
