Changing UI font size?

There is really no accessibility option to increase the UI font size? I find this hard to believe. The "scale for screen resolution" option does nothing. For older people it's nearly unusable because of this.

@Bubbly_Galaxy8934 I know for my MAC, you can sometimes use the 'Accessibility' under System Preferences to zoom in and out:

But for Acrobat, under Acrobat - Accessibility Setup Assistant

You can set up the screen magnifcation and go through the 5 different screens to set it all up.

or if you prefer, and my mom likes it this, is we change the resolution from 1080 to 720... it's makes her life easier.

Unfortunately it appears that Adobe doesn't care about anyone without perfect vision as their apps all rely upon micro-sized user interface elements and don't respond to global Mac accessibility preferences. I recently had cataract surgery and at least it has restored my eyesight to 20/20 for the time being, but even woth good vision again, it's damn near impossible to use these apps without leaning in close to the display (too ergonomics) and squinting (increased eye strain).

I know I can tweak some settings (reduce my display's resolution, bump up all font sizes to max settings) and use the accessibility Zoom feature to act as a temporary magnifier, but these are all workarounds, not solutions. Yet another reason to seriously investigate alternatives to the Adobe product suite.
