Chinese characters in past documents cannot display correctly even after 2023.003.20284 update

I updated my Adobe Reader to the latest version already

But my past documents still cannot show Chinese characters (which added by Fill & Sign feature)

Please advise the solution if possible. Thanks!

Oh, I got it.

User finally mentioned those document still cannot be viewed, are those created during the problematic update period.

Other older past document do not have issues any more.
